After starting his business career at the age of 5 selling jerseys at sports games and then founding a multi-million dollar lawn mowing business at only 14, my guest of the day, Ray Courtemanche, branched out into real estate.
As the mastermind behind major projects such as the Cité Mirabel and the Mirabel water park, which will open in 2022, Ray tells us about the evolution of his career, which clearly resembles an American film.
