Wecook is a Canadian leader in ready-to-eat products that's been in business since 2013.
Michel arrived as COO in 2023 with a mandate to stabilize the operations of the company, which had experienced hypergrowth since its launch.
According to Michel, three things were essential to the success of his mandate, all of which are discussed in the interview.
We also discuss his past experiences with other major food players in Canada.
