Today I had the chance to interview one of the Québécois pioneers who initiated the first web wave at the end of the 1990s.
Chrystian Guy, co-founder of "La Toile du Quebec", a famous search engine that made its debut in the early 2000s, is with us today to talk about the incredible story he and his colleagues have been living for over 20 years now.
Their company, which at one point had reached a totally unprecedented market valuation of 2 billion dollars, was the first player to really make things happen in the advent of Web 1.0 in Quebec.
From their rise to becoming a public company to the sale of the group to Quebecor, Chrystian takes us behind the scenes of one of the most fascinating entrepreneurial stories Quebec has ever seen.
