We've had a lot of entrepreneurs come on the podcast to explain how they took over the company their parents created, from how the transition took place to the challenges they face.
However, we hadn't yet had the chance to receive a parent and a child running a company together...until now!
On today's episode, we're receiving Jean-François Charpentier and Anne-Marie Deslauriers, both owners of the recruitment company Delan.
Anne-Marie, who founded the company in the late 90's, tells us about the organization's 25 years in business, which were quite tumultuous!
We also talk with Jean-François who explains how he joined the company in the early 2010s and how his impact has helped the company grow.
