We continue on this path with the 144th episode of the podcast by talking to Julie Roy, CEO and General Manager of "Services Roy", one of the largest cleaning companies in Quebec.
Ms. Roy, who took over the organization in 2013, has been able to accomplish several acquisitions in the last decade.
The most significant of these was the acquisition of the Signature organization, which allowed Service Roy to integrate more than 750 new employees into its team!
Speaking of teams, the organization now has more than 2,500 employees!
