In addition to being an unprecedented health crisis, COVID-19 also has a significant impact on the economy. Most businesses are forced to make cutbacks as non-essential businesses shut down and consumer purchasing power decreases.
On the other hand, a challenge can sometimes create an opportunity. My guest today, Jean-Philippe Dauphinais, president and co-founder of Rablab digital marketing agency, will explain how he was able, in the space of a few days, to subsequently integrate a degrowth plan followed by an immediate recovery plan.
