During the 25th episode of Hypercroissance, which we recorded on March 24, 2020, at the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jean-Philippe Dauphinais discussed the 'degrowth' plan that he had put in place in order to be sure he would be able to resume accelerated growth thereafter.
8 months later, what conclusions have been drawn? Did the initiatives put in place in March bear fruit or did COVID-19 have a greater than expected impact on the organization?
