I have the great honor today to welcome a pioneer of the restaurant industry in Quebec, Mr. Jean Bédard.
President of the Sports Scene Group, which owns nearly 40 "La Cage" restaurants, Mr. Bédard has been able to cross the restaurant industry's eras by continually adapting his approach to the trends of the moment.
In today's interview, we talk about the transformation of his main banner formerly called "La Cage aux Sports", his recent acquisitions and of course the crisis of the last 24 months.
It is important to mention that this interview was recorded in November 2021. The restaurants in Quebec were still open at that time.
