But believe me, it's a principle that could transform how you operate your business.
I heard about this topic a few years ago from an American named Roland Frasier.
The concept is called "Expenses to profit."
Or "E to P."
The structure is as follows;
- Identify your biggest expense
- Ask yourself: "Who is willing to pay for these expenses other than me?"
- Create a product with a high profit margin
