Before this recent growth, the strategy was to offer leads a free guide outlining typical costs for home renovation projects, such as tiling, painting, and more.

We used Meta’s standard “Lead” objective: as soon as someone submitted a form, Meta considered the task complete.

Result: A high volume of leads.

Problem: Most were low-quality leads. Meta was only targeting people likely to fill out a form, not necessarily serious clients.

Solution: Switch to a conversion objective that only triggers when a user actually creates an account on the platform.

The guide became a starting point, not an end in itself.

Result: Lead quality increased immediately, and it became possible to scale budgets without harming performance.

As the budget grew, another limitation became clear: the offer was too general.

We had a single message: “Renovate your home.”

Too vague for Facebook Ads.

New approach: Break the offer into segments by room – kitchen, bathroom, roofing, and so on.

Each ad became more specific: “Renovate your kitchen” is much more impactful than “Renovate your home.”

We then set up multiple personalized funnels using Typeform. For example: Want to renovate your roof? Take our quiz to receive three free quotes for your project.

Results:
The number of active campaigns doubled (from 10 to over 20)
Better control and less dependence on a single campaign
Facebook Ads budgets could be increased more safely and sustainably
